Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company constructed Hardy World, a 64,600 SF speculative tilt-up warehouse building at Airpark West in Hebron, KY. The single-story building was designed to accommodate up to eight future tenant spaces and features a contemporary industrial program with dock-high loading, drive-in access, ESFR fire suppression, and gas-fired warehouse heating. The 475' × 136' structure provides 20-foot clear height at the low side with a maximum roof deck height of 26 feet. Paul Hemmer served as general contractor and construction manager. The site work included significant grading, lime stabilization, modular block retaining walls, and full utility infrastructure including water, sanitary, storm, gas, and electrical service.
