Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Companies delivered this two-story medical office building for a healthcare tenant in the rapidly developing Deerfield Township corridor of Warren County, Ohio. Designed by KZF Design Corp., the building provides approximately 41,800 square feet of purpose-built clinical space across two full floors, with a ground-floor shell configured for multi-tenant flexibility and a fully built-out upper floor of medical suites. The program centers on a high-density layout of physician exam rooms, medical assistant stations, labs, call centers, and physician offices served by a two-story curtain wall lobby, passenger elevator, and dual egress stairs. The exterior combines face brick veneer, calcium silicate masonry, EIFS cornices, and aluminum curtain wall glazing to achieve a professional healthcare campus aesthetic suited to its suburban context.
