Project Summary

Paul Hemmer Company completed renovations and interior improvements to the Keller Logistics facility in Covington, Kentucky to support expanded repacking and warehouse operations. The project focused on transforming existing retail space within the building into functional logistics and office space while improving building infrastructure and operational efficiency. Work included demolition of an existing 40,000-square-foot mezzanine, removal of interior finishes, and preparation of the warehouse floor to accommodate new operational layouts. A new office suite was constructed within the facility, including breakrooms, conference areas, restrooms, and support spaces designed to support Keller’s warehouse and logistics team. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were upgraded to support the new office build-out and warehouse operations. Improvements included new rooftop HVAC units, LED lighting upgrades, updated sprinkler coverage, and new storefront entry systems.
