Paul Hemmer Company is constructing a new pre-engineered storage and warehouse facility for Mazak Corporation, supporting the company's continued manufacturing and logistics operations in Northern Kentucky. Constructed adjacent to Mazak's existing campus on Foundation Drive, the facility will expand storage capacity while improving operational efficiency and material management across the site. The project includes full site development, utility extensions, underground detention infrastructure, truck access improvements, loading facilities, and construction of a new pre-engineered metal building designed for long-term industrial use. Designed with durability, functionality, and efficiency in mind, the facility will provide provide modern warehouse space, loading capabilities, and supporting office and restroom facilities that enhance Mazak's ability to support manufacturing operations while maintaining flexibility for evolving operational needs.
