Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company developed and constructed Airpark 25 South, a large-scale speculative industrial shell building located within the Airpark International business park in Hebron, Kentucky. The single-story, 160,984 SF tilt-up concrete structure was designed by KZF Design for flexible multi-tenant occupancy — accommodating up to three separate tenants — and features a built-out office suite ready for immediate occupancy. The building sits on Lot 25 of Section 23 along Aviation Boulevard, offering direct access and high visibility within one of Northern Kentucky's premier industrial corridors near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
