Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company delivered the Seward at Union Center warehouse development in Fairfield, Ohio, for NorthPoint Development. The project included demolition of existing site elements and full ground-up construction of two speculative industrial warehouse buildings designed to support high-volume logistics and distribution users. Significant site coordination was required, including wetland mitigation, utility infrastructure, and heavy-duty paving systems. The result is a modern industrial development engineered for long-term durability, operational efficiency, and flexible tenant occupancy
