The building was designed as a flexible industrial shell capable of accommodating a variety of future tenants. Construction included structural steel framing, insulated precast concrete wall panels, and a high-performance roofing system, along with full site development including truck circulation areas, parking, and supporting infrastructure. Strategically located near Indianapolis International Airport and major transportation corridors, the facility provides a scalable distribution platform suited for regional logistics, warehouse, and light manufacturing users.
