Paul Hemmer Company completed a 112,320-square-foot expansion to an existing Design Within Reach distribution facility within the Prologis portfolio, increasing warehouse capacity while maintaining operational efficiency for ongoing logistics and fulfillment operations. The expansion was designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility and support continued growth in storage, distribution, and inventory management capabilities. Constructed as a Type II-B industrial warehouse expansion, the project required careful coordination of structural, architectural, fire protection, electrical, and building systems to align with the existing operation. The facility incorporates modern distribution infrastructure, high-bay warehouse space, ESFR fire protection, and tenant-focused flexibility designed to support long-term industrial use. The completed expansion strengthens the site's operational capacity while providing a durable, high-performance industrial environment that supports Prologis' commitment to delivering modern logistics facilities for its customers.

Office Improvements: $784,000 tenant allowance for 4,900 SF of office, breakroom, and restroom build-out, including private offices, conference rooms, and expanded restrooms.
Exterior Improvements: Expanded parking to 203 spaces, concrete truck aprons, heavy-duty asphalt truck courts, light-duty asphalt parking stalls, sidewalks, and landscaping to meet zoning standards.
