Paul Hemmer Company partnered with Prologis to construct Building 5 at Prologis Park 70, a large speculative distribution facility located along Interstate 70 in the Columbus industrial corridor. The 766,000-square-foot warehouse was designed to support modern logistics operations with high-bay storage, extensive dock infrastructure, and flexible tenant configurations. The facility features expansive warehouse space, integrated office components, and modern building systems designed for high-volume distribution and manufacturing uses. Located within one of Ohio’s fastest-growing logistics markets, the building provides a scalable industrial platform capable of supporting regional and national supply chain operations.
