Paul Hemmer Company completed an interior renovation project for the Red Bull facility in West Chester, Ohio, focused on modernizing office areas and improving functionality for day-to-day operations. The tenant improvement updated existing workspaces with new architectural finishes, upgraded systems, and refined layouts to align with Red Bull’s brand standards and operational needs. The scope included selective demolition and reconfiguration of interior spaces, installation of new glass office and conference room partitions, and updates to flooring, ceilings, and interior finishes. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements were modified as needed to support the revised layout, while lighting and power systems were relocated to accommodate new workspace configurations. The result is a refreshed office environment designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and a polished corporate aesthetic.
