Project Summary

Paul Hemmer Company served as design-build general contractor for a new multi-tenant retail shell building at the Rumpke Retail Center outlot adjacent to the Remke Markets site in Erlanger, Kentucky. The project delivered a ground-up retail shell with three tenant suites on a roughly six-month schedule, with PHC managing design coordination, sitework, shell construction, and tenant finish packages through a single contract.
