UGN Expansion

The UGN Park North Mezzanine Improvements project involved the expansion and modification of an existing manufacturing facility located at 201 Exploration Drive in Monroe, Ohio. The project included structural and interior improvements designed to increase production capacity and improve operational efficiency within the plant. The work integrated new mezzanine structures, expanded manufacturing floor areas, and supporting building systems while maintaining compatibility with the existing facility. The scope of work also included new concrete foundations, structural steel framing, interior office and support spaces, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, and site improvements tied to the facility expansion. Coordination of structural, architectural, and process systems ensured the facility could support increased industrial operations while maintaining durability for heavy manufacturing use.
