Paul Hemmer Company served as general contractor for Avon Landing Building 1, a 332,934 SF speculative Class A distribution and warehouse facility developed by VanTrust Real Estate for Avon Landings Commerce Park Land, LLC in Avon, Indiana. The project is a nominal 32-foot clear height, unlimited area, S-1 occupancy shell building constructed with insulated precast concrete wall panels on a Butler Manufacturing structural steel framing system. The building features an extensive dock loading configuration across both long elevations, a multi-tone precast panel exterior with aluminum storefront glazing, and a full complement of site improvements serving the Avon Landing industrial park.

- Multi-elevation exterior featuring three-tone Sherwin Williams paint scheme, Type A horizontal reveals at 15" OC, and dark bronze anodized aluminum storefront framing
- Insulated precast concrete wall panels (nom. 12' wide × 9.5" thick, min. R-12.95, heat capacity 14.40) manufactured by ATMI-Indy, with sealant on both sides of all joints
- ESFR fire suppression system (NFPA 13, electrically supervised) with 1-hour rated fire pump room enclosure; 400-ft exit access travel distance throughout the open warehouse floor
- Pre-engineered metal canopies and sunshades at building entries on the north and south dock elevations, with 1" insulated glazing in aluminum storefront framing at entry bays
