Paul Hemmer Company partnered with VanTrust Real Estate to deliver the construction of a modern speculative industrial facility within the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The project was designed to support high-volume distribution and logistics operations, providing a flexible warehouse environment capable of accommodating a range of industrial tenants. The facility incorporates large-scale warehouse space, extensive dock infrastructure, and modern building systems to support efficient material handling and long-term tenant adaptability. Delivered under a design-build agreement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price of approximately $16.87 million, the project required detailed coordination of site work, structural systems, and building infrastructure to meet the operational requirements of large industrial users. Strategically located within the River Ridge Commerce Center, the completed building provides a highly functional logistics facility designed for efficient distribution operations and future tenant flexibility.
