The facility was developed to support modern distribution and light manufacturing tenants, providing flexible warehouse space with high clear heights and large dock capacity for efficient logistics operations. Constructed using a precast concrete wall system and conventional structural steel framing, the building delivers a durable industrial shell designed for future tenant adaptability. The project included site development, utilities, parking, truck courts, and building systems required to support high-volume distribution operations.
