Paul Hemmer Company partnered with VanTrust Real Estate to deliver the design-build construction of the Mt. Zion Distribution Center, a large speculative industrial warehouse located along Mt. Zion Road in Florence, Kentucky. The project consists of a 673,920-square-foot distribution facility designed to accommodate modern logistics and high-volume warehouse operations within the Northern Kentucky industrial corridor. Designed for efficiency and long-term tenant flexibility, the building incorporates high-bay warehouse space, extensive dock infrastructure, and durable precast construction systems. The facility also includes significant site development and infrastructure improvements to support heavy truck traffic, distribution operations, and future industrial growth within the corridor. Strategically positioned near major regional transportation routes and the CVG Airport logistics hub, the Mt. Zion Distribution Center provides a highly adaptable distribution platform capable of supporting a wide range of industrial tenants.
