Located at 2335 Water Tower Drive, the project included construction of a new convenience store, fueling station, and associated site improvements to support Wawa’s continued expansion across Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market. Ground-up retail construction: New convenience store construction delivered from site preparation through final turnover, including coordination of building systems, finishes, exterior envelope, and store-ready conditions.
Fueling station infrastructure: Construction scope included fuel canopy coordination, fueling area layout, site circulation, pavement areas, and the supporting infrastructure required for a high-volume convenience retail operation.
Site development and utility coordination: Work included coordination of site grading, stormwater management, underground utilities, paving, sidewalks, curbs, lighting, signage infrastructure, and vehicular access.
