The original St. Joseph Church and Rectory buildings were constructed in the mid 1900’s.  The Diocese of Covington, KY contracted Hemmer Construction Company for a major renovation and expansion project that includes renovations to the church undercroft, bathrooms, common areas, and exterior of both buildings.  The project scope also included HVAC upgrades, foundation repair, roof replacement, and an elevator and restroom addition.
