Paul Hemmer Company completed a 50,000+ square foot (SF) ground up building for Team EPS in the Riverview Business Park in Hebron, situated on a plateau above the Ohio River with views of downtown Cincinnati.

The single story facility includes 7500 SF of office space, a 2500 SF showroom, 11,500 SF of production space, and 28,500 SF of warehouse space.  The project also includes a new entrance road and associated site improvements.

Team EPS provides a full range of services to maintain prepress and print-on-demand environments. As the largest, privately-owned and operated platesetter service provider in the United States, Team EPS has serviced more than 2,500 customers around the world, helping them gain the maximum productivity, reliability and longevity from their prepress systems.
