Project Details:

We are proud to be involved in the development of a new Wawa convenience store, delivering a seamless construction process from site preparation to completion. This project includes comprehensive site improvements such as infrastructure upgrades, parking, and utility installations.
Our scope of work covers site grading, drainage, and utility connections to ensure a solid foundation for the store. The project also includes paving and preparation for future site enhancements. The Wawa store itself will feature a modern, customer-friendly layout with a dedicated seating area for guests.
The site will accommodate 62 parking spaces and a fueling area with 20 fuel stations (installed by others). A large fuel canopy, measuring 164′ x 55′, will provide coverage, with a bottom height of 15′-2″ sloping upward.
Through expert planning and execution, we are creating a high-quality retail space that meets the needs of the community while upholding Wawa’s commitment to convenience and efficiency.
