Groundbreadking for a new 898,560 sq. ft.facility for online retailer Wayfair Inc., announced in August, was held Tuesday at a 52-acre site on Donaldson Road, adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.  Paul Hemmer Company will build the expansive structure, putting more than 20 acres leased from CVG under one roof.
