Auto parts maker to expand in Dayton region, add more than 100 new jobs

An Illinois auto parts maker is investing in its Dayton-area plant. UGN Inc. will expand its Monroe operations with a 154,000-square-foot addition.  The $50 million, 230,000-square-foot UGN Monroe facility opened in 2015. KZF Design served as architect and structural engineer for the plant, which was developed by IDI/Gazeley and constructed by Paul Hemmer Cos.

Chicago developer to construct 2 speculative industrial buildings near CVG

A Chicago real estate investment and management company has purchased more than 19 acres of land near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and plans to build two speculative industrial buildings.  The developer is partnering with Paul Hemmer Co. to construct two state-of-the-art, class A industrial distribution buildings totaling more than 300,000 square feet.
