Another Great Hemmer Fall Festival in the Books!
Hundreds of friends, clients, partners, and team members gathered for another memorable Hemmer Fall Festival at Sand Run Nursery & Preserve!
With picture-perfect weather, great food, refreshing drinks, and even better conversations, it was a fantastic day to reconnect, celebrate, and enjoy time together outside the office and off the jobsite.

Full Speed Ahead at Molto Canal Pointe C!
Construction is moving quickly at Molto Canal Pointe C in Canal Winchester, Ohio, where our team continues to make impressive progress on this new industrial development.
With multiple phases of construction advancing simultaneously and several major milestones recently achieved, the project is quickly taking shape. It’s a great example of the momentum our project teams and trade partners are maintaining in the field.

Building Momentum in Retail: UDF Takes Shape in Florence!
Our growing portfolio of retail construction projects continues to expand as work progresses on a new United Dairy Farmers location in Northern Kentucky.
With construction activity in full swing and the building quickly taking shape, this project is another example of Hemmer’s expanding presence in the retail market.

Building Beyond Our Backyard: Dermody LogistiCenter at Airport West
Another major project is in the books! Hemmer Construction Company recently completed the 342,720-square-foot Dermody LogistiCenter at Airport West in Louisville, Kentucky.
Beyond the building itself, this project required extensive and complex sitework, demonstrating our team’s ability to successfully manage challenging site conditions while delivering a high-quality industrial facility.
This latest completion further reinforces Hemmer’s growing presence in the Louisville market and our ability to successfully execute major construction projects well beyond our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky home base.
