Prologis has chosen the Paul Hemmer Co. to build a 770,000-s.f.industrial distribution facility in Prologis Park 70-Etna Industrial Park in the Greater Columbus area. Whencompleted by Hemmer, the facility will be one of the larger structures in the Tri-state, putting under roofthe equivalent of nearly 18 acres.

ProLogis has picked Paul Hemmer Co. to build a 770,000-square-foot warehouse for SpeedFC. The Fort Mitchell, Ky.-based contractor has put the project on the fast track so it can open this fall, according to a press release. To make deadline, it will use pre-cast concrete wall panels fabricated off-site.

The Paul Hemmer Co. and Messer Financial Services have combined to form BuildingManagement Partners, a new venture with the goal of becoming the region’s leading provider ofbuilding management services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
