Prologis has chosen the Paul Hemmer Co. to build a 770,000-s.f.industrial distribution facility in Prologis Park 70-Etna Industrial Park in the Greater Columbus area. Whencompleted by Hemmer, the facility will be one of the larger structures in the Tri-state, putting under roofthe equivalent of nearly 18 acres.

Hemmer puts ZF Rubber & Plastics LLC construction on fast track

Paul Hemmer Company has begun fast-track constructionof a 56,000 sq.ft. building to expand the ZF Rubber & Plastics LLC manufacturing operation inHebron. ZF Rubber & Plastics LLC is investing $17.9 million in an expansion that will create 60new jobs in Northern Kentucky. The project is expected to be completed within 14 weeks.

KZF makes HQ move downtown

KZF Design said Thursday it has moved its headquarters from the Baldwin Building in Walnut Hills to a renovated facility downtown. The firm said in November 2008 that it had purchased the former ST Media Group building at 700 Broadway. Paul Hemmer Cos.completed the $6 million renovation of the 38,000-square-foot building.

Mazak hires Hemmer for expansion of Chicago Technology Center
