Wayfair Inc. has contracted with Paul Hemmer Company to build an 898,560 sq. ft. fulfillment facility at 1600 Donaldson Rd. in Erlanger.

The facility, known as LogistiCenterSM at 275, will have more than 20 acres under roof, the builder said.
