Developers of a 52-acre site adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) have chosen Paul Hemmer Company (Hemmer) to build an 898,560-square-foot facility there. The development is a joint-venture of Dermody Properties and Hillwood Investment Properties (Hillwood). Dermody Properties to Develop 898,560 SF for Wayfair Inc. in Northern Kentucky

Dermody Properties, a national industrial development and operating company headquartered in Reno, Nev., in a joint-venture with Hillwood Investment Properties (Hillwood) will develop an 898,560-square-foot facility for Wayfair Inc. (NYSE:W), one of the world’s largest online destinations for home furnishings and décor. Paul Hemmer Company is the general contractor on the project.

Company to build 900k-sq-ft fulfillment center near CVG

Wayfair Inc. has contracted with Paul Hemmer Company to build an 898,560 sq. ft. fulfillment facility at 1600 Donaldson Rd. in Erlanger. The facility, known as LogistiCenterSM at 275, will have more than 20 acres under roof, the builder said.
