Rocket Shippers needed two additional suites for office space at the large warehouse Hemmer completed for them a few years ago. The 52,870 square foot build-out included adding office space, bathrooms, and a break room. Within the warehouse we completed electrical work for additional equipment and added an epoxy floor for the forklift charging station.

Paul Hemmer Company is working with Molto Properties to build a large speculative distribution center off South Park Road in Louisville, Kentucky.
