Rocket Shippers needed two additional suites for office space at the large warehouse Hemmer completed for them a few years ago. The 52,870 square foot build-out included adding office space, bathrooms, and a break room. Within the warehouse we completed electrical work for additional equipment and added an epoxy floor for the forklift charging station.

Paul Hemmer Company is working with Molto Properties to build a large speculative distribution center off South Park Road in Louisville, Kentucky. This 320,000+ square foot building was started in May and has an expected completion date in December 2020. The photos below are progress as of August 2020.  We are excited to watch this
